Hockey, curling, figure skating and all other winter sports in between, we are your gathering space for great meals with friends & family. During the non-ice months, we are happy to be a part of your special event.

we are
We are John & Kim Forsythe, two professionally trained, Red Seal Chefs, who strive to make our community a better place. Owning and operating Prairie Whistle Food Co. has been one of the most challenging, yet rewarding ventures we have been a part of. Our story is unique and our love for preparing and presenting great meals is only the beginning.
We are super fortunate to be surrounded by an amazing crew of colleagues & friends who work alongside us to help make Prairie Whistle Food Co. the place & space to be!
