Here we go for season number EIGHT!!
We are getting ready to roll into our “Ice Season” schedule and that means 7 days of Prairie Whistle Food Co.! We will begin this schedule on Tuesday October 13th & the operating schedule will look something like this:
Monday to Friday 4pm - 7pm Saturday & Sunday 10am - 7pm During Colts Games, the kitchen will be open until the end of the game. *As always, hours of operation are subject to change based on business levels*

We are John & Kim Forsythe, two professionally trained, Red Seal Chefs, who strive to make our community a better place. Owning and operating Prairie Whistle Food Co. has been one of the most challenging, yet rewarding ventures we have been a part of. Our story is unique and our love for preparing and presenting great meals is only the beginning.
